HOWDY! I have created this blog in response to my upcoming life changes. That being a big move from my comfort zone of Philadelphia to the great western frontier known as Boulder, Colorado. After months of anticipation it is now here, and I felt as though I need to create something, some friendly, something without vibe, or bad opinion, something new. So, HOWDY to you and welcome to my post-Philadelphia blog

On Cycling

I do like bicycles and I do like to race and ride them, all kinds of bikes, cyclocross, mtn, road… I love it all. It is more than a hobby, a second job if I may, a second life, something that keeps me focused, keeps me excited, keeps me young. Sometimes I am fast, sometimes I am slow but I am always loving it with a smile.

On Design

I don’t pretend to be Buckminster Fuller, or one of the Eames or Saul Bass, Sagmeister, Fairey, Ives and on and on, but I have carved out a piece of the design world for myself, the dream, the idea of changing the world through design, being famous, touted by Target to design the next big plastic product, well, it is not me. I love design, good design, all design. Helvetica, CSS, Iphone, Colnago, My simple singlespeed bike, a nice grid system. I have always loved the process, the creative process, I think it is one that if applied right can change the world and has. So, maybe someday I will save the world or at least add something useful, thoughtful and considered.
